My Stay Derby is run by Gillian and my key objective is providing exceptional properties with a high focus on customer care. This has helped us maintain a Super host status on Airbnb and a Traveller Award on Booking.com for the last two years.
Arrivals and Departures
We can sometimes be flexible on arrival and departure dates and times. If you are unable to select the dates you would like in the calendar please contact us. Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 10:30 am. There is a late checkout option for £20. Please advise your requirements at the time of booking and we will confirm if it’s possible to accommodate a later check-out.
For a longer stay do you offer discounts?
Yes, for stays over 7 and 30 days discounts are automatically added, for stays over 30 days additional discounts can be applied, so please contact us directly!
What if I need to cancel my booking?
You may cancel bookings up to 14 days prior to your stay, if cancellation occurs after this point then we reserve the right retain the full amount paid, however if we are able to book the accommodation to another guest, we will make a refund to you of your booking cost, less any difference in price where replacement booking was of lesser value.
Do you allow pets?
Well behaved dogs are welcome for a charge of £40 per week up to two dogs. Information will be requested as part of your check in process.
